– 1 pound ground chicken – 1 cup diced apple – 1/2 cup diced onion – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg – 1 tablespoon oil – salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine the ground chicken, apple, onion, cinnamon, nutmeg, and garlic powder in a medium-sized to large bowl. 2. Create 11 equal-sized patties out of the sausage mixture. 3. Over medium heat, preheat a big skillet or cast iron.
4. After adding the oil, give it 30 seconds to get heated. 5. Once the patties are browned and thoroughly done, fry them for a further two to three minutes after adding them in a single layer and cooking for five minutes. 6. Enjoy with your preferred morning fare!
