– 3-4 Juicy tomatoes – 2-3 Mozzarella cheese – ¼ Cup Chopped basil leaves – Extra virgin olive oil [as much as you like] – ½ Cup Balsamic vinegar – Salt [according to your taste] – Pepper [according to your taste] – Dried oregano [optional]
1. Start by washing the tomatoes and basil leaves well and drying them. 2. Get fresh, ripe tomatoes and cut off any parts you don't want. 3. Slice the tomatoes into pieces about 1 cm thick.
4. Cut the mozzarella cheese into thick slices too 5. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate however you like 6. Put basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices or chop them up and sprinkle them on.
7. Pour some extra virgin olive oil over everything 8. If you want, add a little balsamic vinegar for extra flavor. 9. Sprinkle on some black pepper and salt to taste 10Serve it up right away and enjoy your tasty meal!
