– 5-6 cups Mixed greens lettuce – 1-2 Tomatoes sliced (or use cherry tomatoes) – 1/2 small Onion sliced – 1 Avocado peeled and sliced – 2 Dill pickles sliced – 4 Hamburger patties – 4 slices Cheddar cheese plus extra shredded cheese for topping, if desired
1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and barbecue sauce in a bowl. 2. Put the dressing in the fridge until you need it. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the hamburger patties.
4. Grill the patties until they are cooked the way you like. 5. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt. 6. Put the mixed greens into 4 bowls.
7. Cut each cheeseburger into small pieces and add them to the bowls. 8. Add sliced tomatoes, onions, avocado, and pickles on top. 9. Pour the dressing over the salad. 10. Mix everything together. 11. Enjoy your salad!
