Please Rate this Recipe

Pink pickled onions are a quick and easy condiment made by soaking sliced red onions in a mixture of vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard. This process gives the onions a sweet and tangy flavor with a slight crunch, perfect for adding to a variety of dishes.

To make them, simply slice the onions, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard in a jar, and add the onions. After chilling for at least an hour, they’re ready to serve. These pickled onions are great on burgers, tacos, salads, and grilled meats.

You can store them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you want to make a bigger batch, you can freeze them, but they might lose some of their crunch. Always use a sealed jar or container to keep them fresh.
