– 8 oz Room temperature cream cheese – 8 oz Cool Whip – 6 oz Strawberry Jell-O box – 2 cups Strawberries sliced – 2 cups Boiling water
1. Prepare Jell-O by mixing it with boiling water in a medium bowl until dissolved and set aside. 2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy.
3. Add sliced strawberries to the bowl with cream cheese; continue beating until the berries are finely chopped. 4. Incorporate prepared Jell-O into the mixture using the mixer. 5. – Refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes until the mixture begins to set.
6. Remove from refrigerator, add Cool Whip, and beat with mixer until fluffy and combined. 7. Chill in the refrigerator for another 60 to 90 minutes until fully set before serving.
