– 1 tbsp Chia, hemp or flax seeds – 2/3 cup Old fashioned rolled oats – 1 Splash vanilla – 1 cup Plain kefir milk – 1 Pinch sea salt – 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey – 1/3 cup Fruits or berries
1. In a glass jar with a lid, combine the oats, kefir, and either maple syrup or honey. 2. If you're including any additional ingredients, add them now.
3. Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar until all ingredients are well mixed. 4. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours, then enjoy!
