1. In a bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, rice vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and toasted sesame oil. 2. Prepare the instant ramen as per package instructions. 3. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water, then drain the noodles thoroughly.
4. Toss the drained noodles in the prepared sauce, adding reserved noodle water as needed to loosen the mixture. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and seaweed before serving.
