Let’s get started!
– ½ cup Mini dark chocolate chips – 3 Eggs – 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice – ¾ cup Creamy almond butter – 1 tsp Baking soda – ⅓ cup Coconut sugar – 1 tsp Vanilla extract – ¾ cup Almond flour – ⅓ cup Protein powder
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spraying a muffin pan with nonstick spray. 2. Place all ingredients, except the mini chocolate chips, into a food processor or blender. 3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. 5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup almost to the top. 6. For an extra treat, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
7. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes, or until the muffins rise and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8. Once baked, take the pan out of the oven and let the muffins cool for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
