BURRATA – ⅛ tsp Black Pepper – 2 Balls of Burrata Cheese, liquid drained – ¼ tsp Salt
1. Drain the liquid from the burrata balls and set aside. 2. Slice the heirloom tomatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a serving plate, overlapping them. 3. Scatter cherry tomatoes around and over the heirloom slices.
