– ½ cup Fuji apple vinaigrette dressing – 2 cups flat leaf kale – 1 cup carrots, julienned – 2 cups red cabbage, shredded – 1 fuji apple, cored & shredded – ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
1. Remove the stems from the kale leaves and discard them. 2. Slice the kale leaves thinly and place them in a large bowl.
3. Combine all the ingredients together with sliced apples by tossing gently. 4. You can serve it right away or refrigerate it until you're ready to enjoy it.
