The Freshman Cook: Strawberry Mango Popsicles

 This Strawberry Mango Homemade Popsicle is the perfect way to get some relief from the sometimes sweltering heat of summer. And they are so easy to make!  Bursting with strawberry goodness, with just a hint of mango, the hardest part is waiting for them to freeze!!
Strawberry Mango Popsicles

 
 (printable recipe)
1 cup Strawberries
1 medium Mango
1/4 cup Water
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Plain Vanilla Yogurt Clean your strawberries and cut off the stems. Peel your mango, cut what you can from the stone. Slice pieces that you cut. Place strawberries, mango slices, water and sugar in blender. Blend fruit together. Add yogurt to fruit in blender. Blend together. Pour mix into your popsicle mold. Freeze for 8 hours. Enjoy your pops!
