Let’s get started!
– 1 ripe avocado – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/4 cup buttermilk – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice – 2 cloves garlic minced – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Add the ripe avocado, plain Greek yogurt, buttermilk, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh dill, onion powder, and garlic powder to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender or food processor as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated. 3. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding salt and pepper to taste.
4. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little more buttermilk or lemon juice until you reach your desired consistency. 5. Transfer the Avocado Ranch Dressing to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Serve the dressing drizzled over salads, as a dip for veggies or chips, or as a flavorful spread for sandwiches and wraps.
