Let’s get started!
– 1 Blender – 1 Chopping-board – 1 Knife
– 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted, and chopped – 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks – 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option – 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk for a lighter option
1. Peel, pit, and chop the ripe mango. Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks. Peel and slice the ripe banana. 2. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, pineapple chunks, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. 4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, add more fruit or ice cubes for thickness.
5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup, blending again to combine. 6. Pour the Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie into glasses and garnish with a slice of mango or pineapple, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
