- You can add more veggies like bell peppers, snow peas, or bean sprouts if you want more taste and crunch.
- Change the dressing ingredients as you like. For example, add more honey if you want it sweeter or more soy sauce if you want it saltier.
- Keep any extra dressing in a separate container from the salad. This stops the salad from getting too wet.

If I Have an Allergy to Nuts, Can I Leave Out the Almonds in the Salad?
If you can’t eat nuts, you don’t have to use almonds in the salad. Instead, you can use other crunchy things like sunflower seeds or crispy wonton strips. That way, you still get that nice texture without worrying about your allergy.
How Many Days Can I Keep Chinese Chicken Salad In the Fridge?
You can keep the salad in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Just make sure to store the dressing separately and add it when serving to keep the salad fresh and crunchy.
