  • 2-3 Tbsp Packed light brown sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 lb Beef chuck roast
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow mustard

  • 3-4 Tbsp Unsalted butter sliced

Barbecue Sauce

  • 1 large Yellow onion finely minced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20-24 oz Bottle of ketchup
  • â…“ – ½ cup packed Light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 Tbsp Molasses
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Season the Beef:
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
