– 1.5 lbs Brussels Sprouts roots trimmed and halved lengthwise. – ½ tsp kosher salt – ½ tsp black pepper – ½ tsp garlic powder – 1 tbsp honey – 2 tbsp neutral-flavored oil – Neutral-flavored oil spray
1. Remove the Brussels sprouts' root, cut them in half lengthwise (vertically), and place them in a basin. 2. Season the brussels sprouts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and honey after adding the oil with no flavor. Stir until every Brussels sprout has a uniform coating.
3. Put the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Singe or loose leaves that have fallen off the Brussels sprouts should be removed since they will burn.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Toss the brussels sprouts around in the air fryer basket. Once again, air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until incredibly crispy.
