– 1/2- pound carrots – 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – 1/4 teaspoon chile powder – 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder – Pinch salt – Toasted sesame seeds optional garnish – Fresh cilantro coriander leaves chopped (optional garnish)
1. Cut the carrots into 2-inch pieces after peeling them. Cut them in half or four across the middle. 2. Place them in a bowl. Season with salt and olive oil. Make sure to toss them around well so that the spice covers all of them.
3. Put the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket and spread them out so they are all in one layer. Heat the air fryer to 380F. If you need to, cook in batches. 4. For the best structure, put it in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes. In the middle, shake the box.
5. Carrot sticks can be served with a dip or on their own. If you want, you can add some chopped or dried parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.
