– 1 Blender – 1 Chopping-board – 1 Knife
– 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced – 1/2 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – 1/4 cup pomegranate arils seeds – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice – 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
1. In a blender, combine the sliced banana, mixed berries, pomegranate arils, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup (if using). 2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk, a splash at a time, until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice cubes. 4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional pomegranate arils or fresh berries if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
