Let’s get started!
– 1 Blender – 1 Chopping-board – 1 Knife
– 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice – 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional – Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie
1. If using fresh blueberries, rinse them under cold water and remove any stems. If using frozen blueberries, you can use them directly from the freezer. 2. n a blender, combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract (if using). Add ice cubes if desired for a colder smoothie.
3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated. 4. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water to achieve your desired consistency. If it's too thin, add more blueberries or ice cubes.
5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired, blending again to combine. 6. Pour the Blueberry Smoothie into glasses and garnish with a few extra blueberries on top, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
