– 1 tsp Ginger minced – ⅛ tsp Red pepper flakes – 1 lb Package pasta of your choice – 1 tbsp Brown sugar – 1 lb Bok choy washed, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 tbsp Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp Olive oil – 2 tbsp Soy sauce – 1 tbsp Sesame oil – 2 Cloves garlic minced – ¼ cup Chicken broth
1. Cook the pasta following package instructions. 2. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Sauté bok choy until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
4. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. 5. Reduce heat, add sauce to bok choy, toss lightly and combine with pasta.
