– 4 cups broccoli chopped – ⅓ red onion diced – 2 gala apples diced – ⅔ cup shredded carrots – ½ cup chopped pecans – 2 Tablespoons sugar – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ cup mayonnaise – ½ cup low fat greek yogurt – 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1. Mix the broccoli, carrots, apples, red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries in a big bowl. 2. Mix the pecans and carrots into the salad until thoroughly mixed. 3. Mix the sugar, salt, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice thoroughly in a another bowl.
4. Using two big spoons, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 5. For about half an hour, refrigerate. Chill and serve.
