– 1 lb Spaghetti, broken into 1 inch pieces – ½ pint Cherry tomatoes, halved – Salt & pepper to taste – 2 Zucchini, cubed – 2 can Sliced black olives, drained – 1 Cucumber, cubed
– 1 Red onion, cubed – 11 Green bell pepper cubed – Red bell pepper cubed FOR DRESSING – Sesame and celery seeds, optional – 16 oz Parmesan italian dressing
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 2. Drain and rinse with cold water. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, all vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated. 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
