– 1 cup Peanuts – 1/2 cup Sugar – 1/4 cup Water – Pinch of salt – 1/2 tsp Orange flower water
1. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. 2. In a skillet, combine peanuts, sugar, and water over medium heat. 3. Stir constantly until syrup thickens, about 10 minutes.
4. Reduce heat and stir until sugar melts and turns amber. 5. Remove from heat, add salt and orange flower water, stir, then spread on pan. 6. Cool completely before storing.
