1. In a bowl or container, combine the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir. 2. After letting the seeds sit for ten minutes, mix them once more to help them gel. 3. Preparing chia pudding using a whisk in a bowl.
4. Put the jar or bowl in the refrigerator for at least an hour with a lid on. You may also make chia seeds the night before to use for breakfast the following day. 5. Put the chia pudding in a big glass basin. 6. Before serving, stir the chia pudding and add your preferred fruit, nuts, seeds, and spices.
