Let’s get started!
– 1 tsp Oil – 30 Fresh raspberries – 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1. Prepare a large plate or tray by lining it with wax paper. 2. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel, ensuring they are completely dry, approximately 30 minutes.
3. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each until melted. 4. Once melted, stir in the oil until well combined with the chocolate.
6. Dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. 7. Lift and gently twist to remove excess chocolate, then place on the wax paper-lined tray. 8. Freeze the chocolate-covered raspberries for 15 minutes before serving to set the chocolate coating.
