– 1 Loaf Ciabatta bread sliced horizontally. – 1/4 cup Pesto sauce. – 10 ounces Deli turkey. – 4 ounces Italian dry salami. – 1 Large tomato sliced. – 8 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese sliced. – Fresh basil leaves.
1. Cut the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise to make the base of your sandwich. 2. Make pesto using the food processor. Spread it on both halves of the loaf with a spatula. 3. Grate some parmesan cheese with the fine grater and sprinkle it over the pesto.
4. Put the sliced mozzarella cheese on the bottom half of the loaf. 5. Add layers of deli turkey and Italian salami. 6. Place the sliced tomatoes and basil leaves on top. 7. Carefully close the sandwich and slice it into smaller pieces with the bread knife.
