– 1/2 cup Cottage cheese 2% or 4% milk fat – 1/2 cup Rolled oats – 2 Eggs – 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon if you like – 1 tbsp Butter – Berries applesauce, maple syrup, or jam for topping
1. Put the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, and cinnamon (if you’re using it) into a blender. 2. Blend until it’s all smooth. 3. Heat up a nonstick or cast-iron skillet on medium heat. Put in half of the butter and let it melt.
4. Pour in a bit of batter at a time, spreading it out thin. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown. 5. Melt the rest of the butter and cook the rest of the batter the same way. 6. Serve them warm with your favorite toppings.
