1. Place the avocado, yogurt, garlic, and lime juice in a blender. 2. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. 3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
4. Transfer the sauce to a serving dish and serve immediately. 5. If storing, cover tightly with plastic wrap pressed against the surface of the sauce before sealing with an airtight lid. 6. The sauce will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours, if it lasts that long.
