Let’s get started!
– 12 oz Marinated artichokes heart – 1/2 cup Garlic and herb flavored feta cheese – 1/4 cup Finely chopped kalamata olives – 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese – 10 oz Chopped frozen spinach
– 1/2 cup Diced roasted bell pepper – 1/4 tsp Fresh cracked pepper – 1 Minced garlic clove – 1/2 cup Mayonaisse – 2 tbsp Freshly grated parmesan cheese – 8 oz Crescent rolls – 2 tsp Fresh chopped dill – 1 slightly beaten egg
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. In a bowl, use a fork to combine the first 11 ingredients. Set aside. 3. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. 4. Arrange the crescent dough on the baking sheet, separating it into triangles along the perforation.
5. Overlap the triangles at the corners, forming a circle with the short ends. 6. Spoon the spinach filling around the circle created by the overlapping dough triangles. 7. Gently fold the long end of each triangle over the filling to form a ring.
8. Lightly brush the dough with egg white and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 9. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until the filling is heated through and the crescent dough is browned and toasty.
