1. Heat a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. 2. Add ground beef and crumble with a spatula, cooking for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink. 3. Stir in onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. –

4. Add rice and beef broth to the pan. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 20 to 23 minutes or until rice is tender.
