Let’s get started!
– 1½ cups all purpose flour – 1 tbsp baking powder – 2 tbsp granulated sugar – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 1 egg – 1½ cups milk – 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted – For the toppings: – 2 banana slices – 6 mini chocolate chips – Reddi-wip whipped cream
1. In a big basin, mix together all the ingredients for pancakes. Stir until a smooth consistency is achieved. 2. Over low to medium heat, place the skillet on the burner.
3. Using a ladle, transfer batter onto the skillet to form 1/2 long triangle, 1/2 medium circle, 1/2 tiny circle, and 1 large circle. Stir and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbling and brown on top. 4. Using a spatula, turn and cook for a further minute or until golden brown.
5. On your plate, start by placing the triangles. Make sure the points on top of them make contact with the plate's top. 6. Transfer the medium circle over the bottom of the triangles, covering about ¼ inch of the triangles. Line up the large and medium circles such that the large circle covers ¼ inch of the medium circle.
7. Arrange the two small circles so that they are a ¼ inch and two inches apart from the largest circle by placing them on top of it. 8. Make sure that the largest circle between the two small circles has a dollop of whipped cream on it. In the middle of each small circle, place a piece of banana. 9. On each of the small circles, place three mini chocolate chips beneath a slice of banana. Serve & enjoy!
