– Ground black pepper to taste – 1 Lemon, juiced – 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese – 1 Bell pepper, chopped – 1 Can pitted black olives – 1 Cucumber, sliced – 1 Head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped
– 2 Large tomatoes, chopped – 1 Green bell pepper, chopped – 1 Red onion, thinly sliced – 6 Olive oil – 1 tsp Dried oregano
1. In a large bowl, mix together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and red onion. 2. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss thoroughly to combine, and serve immediately.
