Let’s get started!
– 1 Blender – 1 Shaker – 1 Glass
– 1 bottle 750ml rosé wine – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1/4 cup water – 1 cup frozen strawberries – 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice – Ice cubes – Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
1. In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let the simple syrup cool to room temperature. 2. Pour the entire bottle of rosé wine into a shallow baking dish or ice cube trays. Place in the freezer.
3. Once the rosé is frozen, remove it from the freezer, combine the frozen rosé, frozen strawberries, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth and slushy. 4. If the frosé is too thick, you can add a splash of water or additional rosé wine to achieve the desired consistency. If it’s too thin, you can blend in more frozen strawberries.
5. Pour the frosé into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately while cold and slushy.
