-¾ cup Dry bread crumbs – 1 tsp Salt – 4 Cloves garlic, minced – ½ tsp Dried oregano – ½ tsp Black pepper

1. Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. 3. Sauté until the mushrooms release their juices and the liquid evaporates, about 10 minutes and remove from heat.

4. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a cutting board and clean the skillet. 5. Finely chop the mushrooms and place them in a large bowl. 6. Mix in bread crumbs and oats with the chopped mushrooms.
