– 2 cups Fresh ricotta – Juice from half a lemon GARNISH – ½ cup Chopped walnuts – 2 tsp Fresh minced rosemary
1. In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. 2. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
3. Transfer the ricotta mixture to a shallow dish and set aside. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes until well combined. 4. Drizzle the spicy honey mixture over the ricotta, followed by sprinkling chopped walnuts and minced rosemary on top.
