– 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds – 1 tbsp Canola oil – 1 tbsp Soy sauce – 1 ½ tbsp Sesame oil – 1 lb Fresh green beans, washed
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. 2. Once hot, add canola and sesame oils to the skillet. 3. Add whole green beans and stir to coat them with the oil.
4. Cook the beans until they become bright green and develop slight browning, approximately 10 minutes. 5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in soy sauce.
6. Cover and let it sit for about 5 minutes. 7. Transfer the cooked green beans to a serving platter and sprinkle them with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
