– 2/3 cup Pure maple syrup – 1 Small handful baby spinach leaves – 1 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 10 cups Filtered water, divided
1. Put the spinach in a blender and add 4 cups of water. 2. Blend for approximately 1 minute until the spinach is fully liquefied.
3. Set a fine mesh strainer over a large pitcher and gradually pour the spinach mixture through, aiming to minimize bubbles and leftover spinach bits. 4. Add the remaining 6 cups of water to the pitcher, followed by the lemon juice and maple syrup.
5. Stir the mixture and adjust the lemon juice or maple syrup to taste. 6. This drink is best served chilled or over ice
