– ¼ cup Sour cream – 6 cups Tortilla Chips – 1 Vine tomato, diced – 1 cup Nacho cheese – ½ lb Taco bell ground beef – 1 cup Refried beans
1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. 2. Spread tortilla chips on an oven-safe tray or baking sheet and heat for 5 minutes until hot but not browned. 3. Remove from the oven and place the chips on a serving dish.
4. Top the chips with refried beans, taco meat, nacho cheese, and diced tomatoes. 5. Add a dollop of sour cream in the center of the nachos.
