– 1 cup All-purpose flour – 1 cup Whole milk – 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar – 1/2 tsp Salt – 4 Large eggs – 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, divided, for pan – 1 1/4 cup Nutella – 2 Medium ripe bananas, thinly sliced – Powdered sugar, for dusting
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and flour until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes, then whisk again. 2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter, swirling to coat.
3. Pour in 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to cover the pan. Cook until the underside is lightly golden, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. 4. Loosen the edges with a spatula and gently flip.
5. Cook for another 45 seconds until golden. Transfer crepes to a plate and repeat, buttering the pan each time. 6. Warm Nutella until spreadable. Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella over half of each crepe, then layer with 1/4 cup of banana slices.
7. Fold the uncovered half over the bananas to form a half moon, then fold in half again to create a triangle. 8. Dust with powdered sugar, serve immediately, and enjoy!
