– 2 Big eggs – ½ cup Sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt – 2 Servings of your favorite protein powder – 1 tsp Baking powder – Some cooking spray butter, or coconut oil for the pan
1. Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat and grease it with cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil. 2. Mix the eggs, protein powder, and baking powder in a big bowl. 3. Stir in the sour cream or Greek yogurt until everything’s mixed up.
4. Use a ¼ cup to pour the batter onto the pan. You can fit about 3 pancakes at once. Flip them when you see bubbles on top and the edges are set. 5. Serve them with butter, sugar-free syrup, and whatever toppings you like, such as chocolate chips or blueberries.
