– 25 oz Marinara sauce – 1 Yellow onion diced – 1 lb Ground beef – Salt & black pepper to taste – 1/2 cup Cold water – 14.5 oz Petite diced tomatoes 1 can – 1 tsp Dried basil – 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. 2. Add diced onion and ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Brown the meat, breaking it apart.
3. Once browned, add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, water, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for at least 10 minutes. 4. Preheat oven to 375°F, spray a 9×13 baking dish, layer 15 oz fresh ravioli, half the sauce, half the cheese, then remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese; bake.
5. Cover with greased foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. 6. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
