– 3 tbsp Olive oil – 1 cup Fresh spinach, rinsed and dried – 1 tsp Sesame oil or to taste – 12 inch Pre-baked pizza crust – 1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms – 8 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Place a pizza crust on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and sesame oil, then brush the mixture evenly over the crust. 4. Layer spinach leaves on top, cutting them lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips before scattering them across the crust.
5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced mushrooms on top. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust edges are crispy.
