1 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 cup sour cream 1 cucumber (unpeeled and seeded) 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1/2 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dill (minced fresh, or freeze dried) Pinch freshly ground black pepper.
1. Peel and shred the cucumber using a large cheese grater. Make sure to remove the seeds from the ordinary cucumber before grating. 2. Squeeze as much water as possible from the grated cucumber using a kitchen towel or paper towels to keep the tzatziki sauce from being too thin.
3. Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, fresh herbs, and salt and pepper should all be combined in a medium-sized bowl. Store refrigerated until you're ready to serve!
