– 1 pound beef stew meat or leftover roast beef thinly sliced – 4 cups beef broth – 1 tablespoon soy sauce – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, add the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir well to combine. 2. Add the beef stew meat or leftover roast beef to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender. –
3. While the beef is simmering, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 4. Assemble the Soup 5. Divide the cooked noodles among serving bowls. Ladle the hot beef and broth over the noodles in each bowl.
6. Top each bowl with halved hard-boiled eggs and sliced green onions. 7. Add hot sauce to taste, and season with salt and pepper if needed.
