For the vegan chicken:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups water
For the vegetable broth simmer
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix the flour and water in a bowl to form a shaggy dough, knead for 5-8 minutes until smooth.
Soak the dough in water for 1-2 hours or overnight.
