  • Preheat your Ooni oven to a high temperature of 850-900 degrees Fahrenheit, using applewood for a smoky flavor.
  • Sprinkle cornmeal on your pizza peel to prevent sticking.
  • Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the peel.
  • Spread a layer of pumpkin butter evenly over the dough.
  • Arrange slices of fresh mozzarella on top, followed by the quartered figs.
  • Bake the pizza in the hot oven until the crust becomes bubbly and deeply golden, turning it once halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once done, remove the pizza from the oven.
  • Immediately scatter torn kale leaves over the hot pizza.
  • Drizzle with honey for a touch of sweetness.
