Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel toasted
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced
  • ½ medium Avocado sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Feta cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce optional, for spice

Instructions
 

Spicy Feta Yogurt Sauce:

  • Blend feta, Greek yogurt, and sriracha hot sauce in a mini blender until smooth. Adjust thickness with more feta as desired.

Assemble the Bagel:

  • Spread the feta yogurt sauce on one side of the toasted bagel.
  • Layer with spinach, avocado slices, and tomato.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Finish the Sandwich:

  • Place the other half of the bagel on top to create a sandwich. Cut in half if preferred. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Variations: Substitute cream cheese for the yogurt sauce. Try arugula, romaine, or iceberg lettuce instead of spinach. Use cucumber instead of tomato.
