Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Small avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tbsp Softened cream cheese
  • 1 Bagel, sliced in half
  • 1 Large egg
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the sliced bagel in a toaster until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the egg until set, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocado and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  • Top with the mashed avocado and cooked egg, adding additional salt and pepper to taste.
