Ingredients
  

Mashed Avocado

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 avocados, diced

Burgers

  • 4 beef patties, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Assembly

  • ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard, or mayo
  • 4-8 brioche buns
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4-8 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet and cook 4 burger patties for about 4 to 6 minutes per side, adjusting time based on thickness and whether they were frozen.

  • Once cooked, top each patty with a slice of cheese, cover with a lid, and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
