Mashed Avocado
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 avocados, diced
Burgers
- 4 beef patties, fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Assembly
- ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard, or mayo
- 4-8 brioche buns
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 4-8 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet and cook 4 burger patties for about 4 to 6 minutes per side, adjusting time based on thickness and whether they were frozen.
Once cooked, top each patty with a slice of cheese, cover with a lid, and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
Set the patties aside.
In a bowl, combine mashed avocado with lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
To assemble the burgers, spread your preferred sauce on the bottom bun, then layer with lettuce, burger patties, onions, bacon, and the avocado mixture.
Top with the remaining bun.

If you prefer grilling, cook the burger patties on the grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, depending on their thickness, without covering them.
