Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 large ripe hass avocado
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and line two baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
  • In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.

  • Mix in cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.

  • Drop heaping teaspoons of the mixture onto the prepared sheets, spacing them about 3 inches apart.

  • Flatten each mound using a piece of parchment paper, forming thin, even circles about 3 inches wide.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully flip and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden.
